Want to be a Health Coach and impact thousands of lives?

Review for iin, institute for integrative nutrition

Are you thinking of joining The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) ? I recently had a quick chat over messenger with a friend who has admitted to me that this has been on her radar for quite some time and for some reason she now strongly feels the pull.

While answering her questions about the course I remembered that I felt the exact same way before I signed up, I had pretty much the same questions as she did now. Which is why I wanna share these answers with you all as I am pretty sure that you probably have those same burning Qs! So let's dive in.

Before signing up back in 2014 I read tons of reviews, stalked ex-students and so on... sound familiar? The most helpful thing tho was to speak with someone in person who has done the course and was willing to share openly and honestly about her experience, all the pros + cons. I am hoping I can now be that someone for you.

Why did you choose to sign up with IIN?
I was at a real crossroad in life. My first business venture had face planted (literally) due to a natural disaster, so for the first time I really had to ask myself what I want from my life and the answer was loud and clear; I wanted to find a way to work where I want, when I want and with whom I want. Not feeling stuck and bound to a location and opening hours, like I was! After getting clear on what I wanted instead, I quickly found myself researching for courses related to health and wellness. I had no idea that coaching was even a thing! But IIN popped up in my feed and I felt like I found what I didn't know I was looking for.

No idea how to make this happen but I listened to my intuition that encouraged me to explore my passion for healthy eating, which lead me to discover Joshua's course via The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I signed up without a clear plan but plenty of curiosity.

Did you manage to keep up with the content while working full time?
Totally! I actually had three jobs at some point all while studying at IIN. I recommend planning for approx 10h a week, it might be less in the beginning and a bit more towards the end.

Was it what you expected?
Yes and no. I wanna be up front here and tell you that if you are keen to get nerdy about nutrition, this might NOT be the course for you. However, I loved the diversity of the program, exploring so many different nutrition and well-being theories. Learning from guest speakers such as David Wolfe, Melissa Ambrosini and many more.

The course goes well beyond nutrition and into mindset and lifestyle too, which I discovered to be the real passion of mine, thanks to IIN!

This course has set me on a path of self-discovery, personal growth and opened many dors I had no idea were even there.

Take the leap, sign yourself up and dive in with an open heart. It will be worth it no matter what you end up doing afterward...

P.s. Contact me with any questions you might have about this course, I'd love to share my experience with you.

I am also gifting you a totally free session with me once you decided to sign up, using my referral code: Sabrina Weber
